This hotel blew me away with its excellent value for money. The prices were so reasonable, especially for a ryokan. I couldn't believe the level of attention to detail - from the clean and comfortable rooms with tea included, to the fantastic service provided by the staff. The location was incredibly convenient, just a short walk to the bus station and ski slopes. And let's not forget about the breakfast – absolutely delicious!
All was great, no complaints at all.

The staff were not very friendly or helpful. I felt like I was bothering them whenever I had a question or needed assistance.

The room was bigger than expected, with a spacious bathroom and a comfortable bed. the hotel was in a great location, within walking distance of the bus terminus and the dining area, and close to the ski slopes. the onsen was a bonus and a great way to relax after a day of skiing.
The pillows were not very comfortable, and we found it challenging to get up and down from the futons on the floor. the Wi-Fi was a bit weak, which was inconvenient when trying to plan our activities and check weather conditions.

The hotel's location is convenient with shuttle buses to the ski slopes passing close by. the staff is friendly, and the breakfast is deliciously made. the bathroom is clean and has a deep bath, and there is an onsen to relax muscles after skiing. the rooms are spacious, clean, and feature tatami mats and comfortable futon mattresses.
The hotel lacked adequate pillows and only offered traditional Japanese futon pillows that may not be comfortable for everyone.
